Finally had a chance to stop in today. The hours (6:30AM-12:30PM) are targeted toward parents with very young children and the space is set up to support this as well - in particular, there is a very sweet, large reading and activity room for kids. The ambience is calm and whimsical. Lots of fun signature lattes, as well as drinks and items for kids. The tinted glass and subtle 'open' sign in the front window make it hard to discern when this place is actually open - just persevere! Very kind staff that says there is a possibility for extended afternoon hours for school-aged kids in the future. Will definitely come back.
Phenomenal. I got the Iced Maple Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso off of their Signature Menu and it was delicious, along with a cream cheese Danish that was sweet and tart in equal measure. The music is calming and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The barista was kind and patient, and did an excellent job. I will be returning.
Very good experience! I hosted a baby shower here. The owner was very responsive and helpful in scheduling. The atmosphere is great and very comfortable, it was so nice to have a separate area for the kids to play. Everyone loved their drinks. I will certainly be back!
Dogeared Coffee is a charming coffee shop and is perfect for book lovers, parents, and children. Every drink I have had has been perfect, my kids absolutely love to play here, and it’s also a great atmosphere to get some work done. The owners have done so well creating a welcoming and cozy environment and are just the sweetest. We always look forward to our next visit

I’ve been hearing about this place for a while, so I decided to give it a try. New owners in the past year. Ordered the aptly named ‘Phenomenal Woman’ latte. Dark chocolate and salted caramel. Fast service. Kind staff. But not as chatty as other local shops. More of a corporate feel in how they interact and serve, which is not ideal for me. When I entered, I was the only person, though it was close to mid day. A few others came in while I was here, but it was very transactional over community. Wonderful decor and a child’s play space add to the overall feel. I’d come back to pick up coffee, but prefer a cozier feel for longer visits. They do have a ‘hug in a mug’ program where you pay forward a cup of coffee for someone who cannot afford it, which is such a wonderful way to allow folks to give back. I sense their core market is Mom’s who need a space to allow safe play and get a short break. Revised & updated review: have been back several times now and find that the space grows on me; relaxed and welcoming. Also, have discovered they have in-house made baked goods. Alicia was so kind and took pride in making the coffee order. Best hazelnut Espresso latte I think I've ever tasted.. the renovation and decor looks amazing! We found this spot looking for a Starbucks off the exit. I would choose this place first from here on out.... nice play area for parents with smaller children too! Highly recommend!
